We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Business Development Manager – AI Partnerships to accelerate our AI platform growth through high-impact partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for setting partnership objectives, aligning cross-functional priorities, driving key initiatives to execution, and managing dependencies across Platform/OS partners and Content Suppliers.
This role demands a unique combination of strategic thinking, program management, and stakeholder engagement to build a thriving ecosystem around our AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Establish Partnership Framework: Define goals, success metrics, key dependencies, and operating models with Platform/OS partners, Content Suppliers and Silicon Partners.
Drive Strategic Planning: Lead planning sessions to align internal and external teams on quarterly partnership priorities and objectives. Own quarterly strategy reviews and reporting.
Program Management & Execution: Manage and drive critical partnership initiatives to completion. Identify, manage, and coordinate handoffs between teams and partners.
Issue Resolution: Track project progress, proactively escalate risks, misalignments, or delivery challenges to leadership for resolution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key point of contact for Platform/OS partners and Content Suppliers, ensuring mutual success and alignment with business goals.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Experience in Strategic Partner Relationship Development/Management, Business Development, Program Management in a global setting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Business, Engineering or related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of Experience building and scaling technology partner ecosystems.
3+ years of Experience working with OS Platform Partners (i.e., Android, Chrome, MacOS).
Experience building out content ecosystems with third-party organizations worldwide.
Understanding of AI market trends, developer ecosystems, and content integration.
Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs across business units and stakeholders.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to align and influence with indirect leadership.
Outstanding stakeholder, partner, and vendor management skills.
Strong analytical and operational rigor to track KPIs and partnership health.
Execution-first mentality, driving multiple simultaneous initiatives to completion.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment desired.
MBA, Master's or Advanced technical education a plus.
