Pay Range: Annual Salary $110k-$130k base. OTE: $300,000

We're looking for a hungry, self-motivated Business Development Manager to own a territory, build relationships in the field, and drive net-new revenue.
As DivergeIT's Business Development Manager (Outside Sales), you'll drive revenue by selling our MSP services to clients in the field, managing key accounts, and expanding business through prospecting, presentations, and relationship building. You'll bring market analysis and strategic planning to your territory while consistently hitting sales targets and keeping clients satisfied and retained. We're looking for a professional, energetic, hands‑on partner who thrives working independently with little or no supervision.

This is a Full‑Time, Exempt position with a base salary range of $85,000–$110,000, plus unlimited bonus potential, based on experience and qualifications.
