FULL-TIME or PART-TIME POSITION

What Are We Looking For?

We’re recruiting a Business Development Manager to help generate sales from prospective customers across various B2B verticals.

What Are the Responsibilities?

You will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying and selling UpperPin products to customers in different market segments;
  2. Working independently to identify and arrange meetings with customers in specific segments and/or geographies;
  3. Leveraging tools provided by the product manager and manufacturer to grow sales.

You will work closely with our small team to enable rapid business growth. This role offers the flexibility of working from home. Compensation can be a percentage of sales revenue you generate, converted to equity, or a split at your discretion.

Who Are You?

The ideal candidate is a hands-on entrepreneur, experienced business development professional, and someone who believes in the power of art to brighten lives. Manufacturing is based in Orange County, CA, with management in CA, GA, MI, NV, and NY. The hiring manager is the CEO, based in Henderson, NV, near Las Vegas.

What is Compensation Like?

This role offers an attractive equity package, allowing the right candidate to share in the company's potential upside. Please note this is an equity-only role with no cash compensation.
