Job summary:
To lead Hellios Information’s expansion in the United States, driving growth, identifying new opportunities, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across highly regulated industries, particularly in aerospace and defense or financial services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration across the U.S. for Hellios Information's risk management solutions.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on aerospace, defense, financial services, and other highly regulated industries.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers within supply chain, compliance, and risk management functions of large organizations, including government contractors, OEMs, and tiered suppliers.
- Leverage Hellios' product offerings to address client pain points in supply chain transparency, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulations.
- Lead complex sales negotiations, ensuring alignment with both client needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create tailored solutions and messaging for key market verticals.
- Provide reports to the EVP / Head Of Commercial, including sales forecasting, market analysis, and competitive landscape assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, emerging market trends, and new technologies to inform business strategy and client engagement.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Military Experience: Former military personnel with an understanding of defence industry requirements, or who have worked in complex, regulated environments.
- Military service members with experience managing high-risk projects or operations in regulated sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Supply Chain Risk & Compliance Expertise: Proven track record of working with senior supply chain, compliance, and risk stakeholders to mitigate supply chain risks, ensure regulatory adherence, and optimize vendor relationships.
- Proven sales track record - demonstrated ability to develop and close large-scale deals within highly regulated industries, with a proven ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver strategic solutions.
- Strategic thinker - ability to think strategically, act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, and align company capabilities with client goals in complex, highly regulated markets.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to senior executives and decision-makers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management platforms or compliance software.
- Experience navigating international supply chain and regulatory landscapes.
- Established relationships with key industry players in aerospace, defense, or government contracting.
