Generate and maintain $1-2 million in annual revenue

Maintain a minimum of 5 billing customers

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, contact, and onboard new direct Fortune 500 customers
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify prospective clients and maintain a target client list
  • Arrange business/client meetings with prospective clients and effectively present/communicate our services
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage end-to-end staffing services from job sourcing to fulfillment
  • Coordinate and manage off-shore recruitment/delivery teams
  • Achieve staffing service objectives and reach gross revenue/margin goals
  • Prepare reports on all activities daily, weekly, and monthly

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of IT staffing sales experience with mid-to-large companies
  • Hands-on experience in market research to generate new leads
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to C-level executives and prospective clients
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter and team player
