About The Opportunity

This Business Development Manager position is a remote role based in the United States, with future needs considered.

At Netrix Global, the Business Development Manager is an individual contributor focused on driving new business opportunities as a hunter, targeting new logo accounts within the IT Consulting industry. This role requires a proven top producer, excelling in prospecting, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals to meet and exceed sales targets, ideally in the top 5% of sales in their current company.

The candidate should reside in the United States, preferably within large metropolitan selling areas. The role involves extensive client engagement, including web and face-to-face presentations, in a highly technical environment.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, aiming to lead in sales and earnings, with a track record of securing new logos and surpassing multi-million-dollar sales targets.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving new business sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams supporting IT solutions sales.
  • Contribute to sales collateral, creating effective presentation materials.
  • Communicate client needs for new services to internal teams.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to internal and external audiences, including senior management and clients.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with high achievers.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams.
  • Manage client expectations and provide insights.
What You Will Bring To The Table
  • 5-10 years of sales experience as a hunter, preferably with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) in cloud environments, and a successful record in selling Cloud and Managed Services.
  • College degree (BA, BBA, BS); relevant work experience may substitute.
  • At least 5 years in IT consulting, software, or business services sales, with leadership and high-level communication skills, especially in enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-level and D-level executives.
  • Knowledge of current technology and business trends, and ability to advise clients accordingly.
  • Consistent success in exceeding revenue and quota targets.
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape and market strategies.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience in delivering impactful presentations.
