Role Description

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and commercial success of Secretech's PBA technology and products across your territory (USA/EU/ASIA). This position will focus on developing and managing relationships with key customers in both academia (researchers, clinicians, professors) and industry (pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic labs, biotech companies), identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to establish long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Education: BSc, MS, or Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the life science or diagnostics industry. Experience with exosomes or proteomics is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of exosome biology, proteomics, and immunoassay techniques.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Networking: Strong networking skills and existing relationships with KOLs in relevant fields are highly desirable.
  • Drive & Motivation: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, results-oriented mindset, and a passion for advancing scientific discovery and improving healthcare.
