FOXSEMICON TECHNOLOGY LLC is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for Contract Manufacturing based in Union City, California. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in sales and business development and should preferably be familiar with contract manufacturing and the semiconductor industry. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues
• Direct and coordinate business activities internally to drive revenue growth
• Analyze customer demand forecasts and track key sales metrics
• Set target and strategic goals while managing and evaluating team performance
• Plan and oversee training of new team members
