Job summary

Business Development Manager (Remote – US West Coast Time Zone)

Location: Remote (Preferred within Pacific Time Zone, e.g., Seattle or nearby regions)

Our client is a fast-growing Amazon eCommerce services company that provides end-to-end Amazon selling solutions for global CPG brands. As the company continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team and lead growth initiatives in the North American market.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who is eager to explore new markets, products, and partnerships, and help the business scale to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B business development and strategic partnerships across North America, especially in pet products, nutrition supplements, cosmetics, and CPG categories.
  • Identify customer needs and market trends; conduct research and provide insights to support internal teams.
  • Source and evaluate business opportunities, define business models, build internal alignment, lead negotiations, and close deals.
  • Develop innovative go-to-market strategies including co-development, co-marketing, white-labeling, and revenue-share models.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the Amazon ecosystem.
  • Must have hands-on experience as an Amazon 3P (third-party) seller or experience working with Amazon Vendors.
  • Background in Amazon marketplace agency is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about learning.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as business needs return to normal.
