Qualifications

Business Development Manager - Seattle, WA.

Position Overview:

Join iKrusher, a leading brand in the vape technology hardware industry, as a Business Development Manager. We are seeking a results-driven professional with a "hunter mentality" to join our Inside Sales team at our Washington branch. This is an onsite, full-time position in a call center environment with no remote work allowed.

About iKrusher:

iKrusher is a prominent Multi-State Operator (MSO) with distribution centers across California, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, and Washington. Our headquarters in Arcadia, California, houses a state-of-the-art R&D facility. At iKrusher, we prioritize honesty, simplicity, and transparency, ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of our operations.

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Remote work not allowed)

Compensation:

  • On-Target Earnings: $75,000 - $100,000 annually (inclusive of salary, commission, and bonuses).
  • Uncapped commission earned on every invoice.
  • Weekly sales incentives.
  • Existing house accounts are provided after one month.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision coverage (effective the 1st of the month after 60 days).
  • Paid Sick Leave and Vacation Time are provided in accordance with company policy
  • Company-matched 401K plan (eligible after 90 days of employment).
  • Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell company products to existing and prospective customers using strong sales techniques.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, social media engagement, and direct outreach to cannabis manufacturers.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and deadlines.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze territory/market potential and prepare regular sales and status reports.
  • Report on customer needs, competitive activities, and market opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and promotional trends.
  • Strategically develop and execute business development plans.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or inside sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, social media prospecting, and lead generation.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Lead Inside Sales Representative (preferred).
  • Strong background in account management and relationship building.
  • Punctual with reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of the medical and recreational vape industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with BRM/CRM practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.

Work Environment: iKrusher adheres to CDC guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This position is based at our Washington branch and requires a full-time onsite presence.
