Job summary

Jobtailor in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced marketer to lead and execute a regional strategy. You will recruit, train, and develop loan officers within the region while collaborating with sales and operations teams.

Ideal candidates bring a strong marketing background and demonstrated leadership, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will build relationships with Realtors, Brokers, and Financial Planners to drive growth.

• Establishes and implements a marketing strategy for the designated territory in line with company objectives.
• Shares ideas throughout Division, of new marketing concepts, recruiting, and competitive intel.
• Recruits, trains and develops Loan officers in a specific region.
• Attends industry related conventions and trade shows as needed.
• Plans and organizes regular meetings with sales and operations team.
• Creates and maintains a social media platform, i.e. LinkedIn, and stays on top of shifting market technologies.
• Establish and develop relationships with the local Realtors, Brokers and Financial Planners.
• Supports specific division, including DSM, ASM, BM, SM and Loan officers.
