The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and growing our existing client base. Must have familiarity with the high purity industries, including biomedical, clean rooms, and semiconductor processing and pharmaceutical industries.

The Business Development Manager reports to the Sales Manager

Business Development Manager Expectations:

  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest
  • Equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
  • Resolves customer complaints
  • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Familiarity with the high purity industries, including biomedical, clean rooms, and semiconductor processing and pharmaceutical industries
  • Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work 45-50 hours a week.
  • Use and read tape measure, calipers, and other devices.
  • Ability to read CAD prints and P&IDs.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and I-9 E-Verify
