Responsibilities

• Champion safety throughout the organization.
• All facets of project estimating including: analyzing plans and proposals, defining scope of work, soliciting subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Identify bid opportunities, obtain and review bid documents and plans.
• Assess opportunities and risks through plan reviews and site visits.
• All facets of bid preparation, review and submission.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Assist in development of project schedule.
• Support transition to project construction management team and development of subcontracts, purchase orders and submittals.
• Manage and develop production cost-history through field verifications, measurements and production analysis.
• Perform job costing analysis and provide feedback to field supervisors regarding performance versus budget.
