This role focuses on market development, strategic accounts, and early stage opportunity creation, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Applications Engineering, and regional stakeholders.

This position is chartered to create qualified demand, influence design ins, shape regional strategy, and expand the company’s footprint across key European customers, segments, and technology inflection points.

Key Responsibilities
Market & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities at semiconductor companies (IDMs and Fabless), and third party back-end assembly and test service providers.
  • Drive early engagement for new platforms, upgrades, and technology transitions.
  • Develop regional growth strategies aligned with global product roadmaps and marketing priorities.
  • Support customer design ins, roadmap alignment, and long term account expansion.
Strategic Account & Engagement
  • Build and maintain senior level relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Coordinate strategic business reviews (SBRs), roadmap discussions, and executive briefings.
  • Engage with ecosystem partners (foundries, OSATs, technology partners) to enable joint growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, customer workshops, and technical forums.
Cross Functional Leadership
  • Work closely with regional Sales to transition qualified opportunities into design‑in activities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to provide market input on positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate with Applications Engineering to align technical solutions with customer requirements.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on feature gaps, roadmap priorities, and competitive positioning.
  • Monitor market trends, customer investment plans, and competitive activity.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in AI, automotive, industrial, power, and advanced packaging segments.
  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for product, pricing, and portfolio strategy.
  • Support AOP planning, regional forecasts, and pipeline development activities.
Opportunity Qualification & Enablement
  • Shape early stage opportunities before formal RFQs are issued.
  • Support business case development, value propositions, and ROI justification.
  • Assist in defining target accounts, priority segments, and go‑to‑market plays for Europe.
  • Enable Sales teams with strategy, positioning, and competitive context.
Qualifications
Required

  • 7–12 years of experience in business development, product marketing, or strategic sales roles.
  • Experience in semiconductor test, ATE, or adjacent semiconductor equipment markets.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductors, capital equipment, or high‑tech manufacturing markets.
  • Proven ability to work across cultures and geographies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently.
Preferred
  • Existing network across European IDMs, OSATs, or automotive / industrial customers.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and GTM execution.
  • Comfort engaging both technical and executive level audiences.
