Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will grow the business by increasing sales and building strong client relationships. The role requires ambition, people skills, and results orientation. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, working independently and leading others. Adaptability, confidence, and strong communication are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in industrial automation.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies, set KPIs, and collaborate across teams.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, understand needs, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales activities, analyze performance, and provide updates to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Technical background in electrical engineering.
  • Experience in drives and automation sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
  • Proven sales and business development skills.
  • Ability to drive results, collaborate, and influence.
  • Knowledge of Value Engineering.
  • Experience with CRM and digital marketing tools.
  • Driver’s license, passport, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
