Title: Business Development Manager - Sustana Recovery

Location: Based in Mansfield, Massachusetts or Wallingford, Connecticut

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and grow the existing book of business by building strong relationships with current clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the area to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to negotiate contracts, present proposals, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and support the overall success of the business.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback for senior management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in the wastepaper recycling industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A team-player attitude, with the willingness to assist in other internal operations as needed.

OTHER INFORMATIONS

The Business Development Manager will primarily work remote but will need to visit various Sustana Group locations. Therefore, travel within these different locations in the United States is to be expected.
