As leaders in soil cement stabilization and full-depth reclamation, we’re expanding our reach and looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to help us grow strategically in the civil construction sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with DOTs, municipalities, contractors, and engineering firms

• Promote innovative pavement solutions including soil stabilization and FDR techniques

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the heavy civil and road construction sectors

• Develop and execute growth strategies in alignment with company goals

• Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to ensure seamless project handoff and client satisfaction

• Attend industry conferences and stay current on trends, specs, and regional regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of business development or sales experience in the heavy civil or road construction industry

• Strong understanding of soil cement, FDR, and pavement design principles

• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting partnerships

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Comfortable with travel and on-site client visits
