Job summary

Logistics One Freight Brokerage is expanding its team and seeking experienced Freight Brokers & Independent Agents. This role focuses on building and growing a personal book of business—cradle to grave—while consistently sourcing new customers, negotiating rates, and delivering exceptional service.

Open to in-office, hybrid, or remote work, with W-2 or 1099 options. Expect base plus commission with annual earnings potential of $90k–$150k+.

Qualifications

• Freight brokerage experience required.
• Ability to build and grow a book of business from cradle to grave.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Hiring: Experienced Freight Brokers & Independent Agents

Business Development Managers are responsible for building and growing their own book of business cradle to grave. Consistently hunting for new brokerage freight customers, growing existing customers, negotiating rates, sourcing carriers, and providing a high level of customer service.

Pay structure for W-2 is base + commission. Annual earnings expectation 90k-150K+
