Senior Account Manager, Fashion & Administrative Division at 24 Seven Inc.

Our client, is seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Development Representative to join their team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, generating leads, and supporting marketing campaigns tailored to small businesses and professional service providers.

Employment Type: Freelance/Part-Time to start

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Flexible)

Weekly Hours: 20 hours to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective clients through digital outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with small business owners and professionals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to securing qualified appointments or opportunities for coaching services.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting on lead generation and conversion metrics.
• Support both local and brand-level business development initiatives, adapting strategies as needed for different markets or franchise locations in Orange County.
• Work independently to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior work with small businesses, coaching, or consulting brands is highly preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management a plus.
• Proactive and organized, capable of running projects from start to finish independently.
• Able to translate coaching outcomes into persuasive marketing messages and communicate clearly with team members and potential clients.
• Familiarity with supporting franchisees or multi-location businesses is a plus.
