Job summary

Aldridge is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and support the sales team. You will identify potential clients, build relationships, and schedule meetings with decision-makers, working alongside senior sales leaders, marketing, and technical teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales or business development, strong communication skills, and comfort with outbound outreach. Hybrid work schedule with in-office days Tue–Thu and optional remote days.
