Job summary

Frontage Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Manager, Business Development- Bioanalytical & Biologic Services to drive new and existing client relationships in bioanalytical and biologics services. This is a full-time, remote role based in California.

You will manage accounts, collaborate with marketing and proposal teams, and travel as needed to support sponsor visits and business development activities. A Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in CRO/pharma sales are required; SFDC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2-3 years of CRO/pharmaceutical or lab sales experience.
• Advanced leadership and business acumen with strong organizational agility.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience using SFDC as CRM.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing and new bioanalytical and biologics client base.
• Assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Serve as client point of escalation for key accounts.
• Identify and develop bioanalytical business in assigned territories.
• Collaborate with proposal development and marketing teams.

Manager, Business Development- Bio analytical & Biologic Services

Full time - Remote

Salary- $80K-$110K, annual salary compensation

Frontage Laboratories:

Frontage Laboratories Inc. (Frontage) is a global contract research organization with broad expertise in supporting pre-clinical and clinical drug development. Frontage operates out of several different locations within the USA, Canada, and China. Frontage’s core competencies include drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics/ pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), safety and toxicology, bioanalytical services, chemistry and manufacturing controls for drug development, and core laboratory services for clinical trials.

Job Duties:

• Manage existing and new client for bioanalytical and biologics business.
• Assesses client satisfaction and recommends opportunities for improvement to ensure the overall success of the account.
• Serve as client point of escalation on key accounts.
• Identify and develop bioanalytical business in assigned territories with new and existing accounts.
• Work closely with the proposal development and marketing teams.
• Fosters a customer-centered culture focused on the delivery of quality service to clients through synergized team efforts.
• Participates in sponsor’s visit activities, maintaining a strong relationship with our clients and external vendors.
• Contributes to the Company’s business development events/activities by providing strategic consultancy to marketing and Business Development colleagues.

Requirements:

Strong commercial acumen with skills to identify and develop sales leads, professionally present capabilities, manage the sales process through close and handle all aspects of contract negotiations.

• Advanced leadership skills and business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the organization and functional areas.
• Solid competitive and business intelligence with ability to convert strategies into profitability & business growth.
• Demonstrated strategic planning skills.
• Strong organizational agility and drive for results.
• Analytical skills as well as excellence in oral and written communications.
• Experienced User of SFDC as CRM.
• Ability to travel as needed, sometimes on short notice.

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2-3 years of experience in a CRO, Pharmaceutical or lab sales industry experience.
