Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Market Closer in the Baltimore, MD area to own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution in SNF and long-term care settings.

You will build territory, articulate ROI to executives, and develop lasting partnerships with facility leaders while collaborating with a high- performing team committed to integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care or wound care.
• Deep SNF fluency; knowledge of facility operations and decision processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.
• Territory Development: Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.
• Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.

What We're Looking For

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled

nursing, or wound care

• Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made
• A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently
• Unwavering integrity - your word is your brand
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week
• Valid US Driver's license required
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
