Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Market Closer to lead sales efforts in the Baltimore MD healthcare community. In this full-cycle sales position, you'll own your territory and grow alongside a supportive team. The position offers a base salary of $100,000 – $150,000 with uncapped bonuses for every contract you close.

Key Responsibilities

• Full‑Cycle Sales: Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long‑Term Care sectors.
• Territory Development: Identify high‑value targets and build your market expansion strategy.
• Clinical Value Selling: Articulate the ROI of our physician‑led wound care model to C‑Suite and administrators.
• Relationship Management: Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.
• Team Collaboration: Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or wound care
• Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made
• A team‑first mindset with the drive to perform independently

Compensation & Benefits
