Job description

Join our team as a Business Development Manager at Acendas Travel - A BCD Travel Company.

We are seeking experienced travel management company (TMC) Business Development Managers to expand our client base. Leverage your networking skills and corporate pipelines to bring new clients into the Acendas Travel network. Previous experience in a TMC environment, including negotiating client contracts and establishing sales goals, is highly desired.

This is a virtual position, ideally based in Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactively prospect and manage the entire sales process from initiation to closing.
  • Provide personalized service and collaborate with internal and external partners throughout the sales cycle.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary between $80,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
  • Uncapped commission structure, with annual commissions of 59% or more of the base salary.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match.
