Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative in the United States to drive strategic growth with key accounts and end users, building C-level relationships and managing complex sales cycles that deliver real business value.

Qualifications

  • Experience within the building systems, construction, facilities, automation, energy, HVAC, controls or related industries preferred.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

  • Collaborate with internal technical, engineering, and operations teams to develop customer solutions and proposals.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations, project proposals, and value-based recommendations.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through project award.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and regularly forecast sales activity.
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Achieve sales and revenue objectives while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 115,200 - USD 172,800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
