Job Summary

The Proposal Writer role supports business development initiatives by developing compelling, compliant, and customized proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs. This position works closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, operations, finance, and legal to produce strategic proposals that communicate the organization’s value proposition and align with client requirements. The role plays an important function in supporting revenue growth and strengthening the company’s position in a competitive market. He or she will also produce other sales-related materials as needed.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Lead the development, writing, editing, and formatting of proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Interpret solicitation requirements and ensure compliant, accurate, and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in proposal writing, business writing, or grant writing.
• Proven experience managing multiple proposals and priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic graphic design or desktop publishing skills for visual formatting and branded presentations, with an emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint.
