Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital in Lubbock, Texas, part of Ernest Health network, is seeking a Business Development Liaison to drive growth through outreach to referral sources and community partners.

The role requires at least one year of healthcare marketing or sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel. A bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of healthcare marketing/sales experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet growth goals for the facility through direct contact with the general public.
• Develop a plan, conduct calls and presentations to potential referral sources.
• Initiate and coordinate contract negotiations with other facilities, insurance companies and hospitals.
• Integrate the hospital’s mission and guiding principles into daily practice.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• One (1) year of healthcare marketing/sales experience
• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record
• Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field, preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently required.
