Job summary

Hold Brother's Capital, a self-clearing broker-dealer focused on proprietary trading in US equities, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to drive sales growth and help achieve business goals. You will work with senior management to shape strategy and oversee the end-to-end sales process.

The role requires a proven sales record, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and lead sources.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of trading practices and market dynamics.

• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiating final deals

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of trading practices, market trends, and trading systems to effectively address client needs
