Job summary

LUPFR Entertainment is seeking a Business Development Intern to grow the business through event bookings, brand sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. You’ll work directly with the founder to identify opportunities, build relationships, and help turn conversations into signed deals.

You'll engage with prospective clients across industries, including clubs, brands, and organizations, guiding deals from introduction through closing with mentorship and hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• Personable and proactive attitude preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills valued.
• Interest in business development, sales, marketing, hospitality, or entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business: research prospective event clients and sponsors, using outreach and relationships to uncover opportunities.
• Build relationships: connect with business owners, marketing teams, event planners, club managers, and decision-makers.
• Participate from introduction to closing: join client/sponsor calls, help develop proposals and sponsorship packages.
• Keep opportunities moving: coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and track next steps for repeat bookings.
