Compulse is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record of success in selling programmatic advertising, Connected TV (CTV), and other omni-channel advertising solutions, to mid-market, tier 2, independent advertising agencies, and local media companies. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve targets. Identify key prospects and cultivate relationships with mid-market, tier 2, independent advertising agencies, and local media companies.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market. Generate leads, conduct cold outreach, and communicate the value of our advertising solutions.
  • Adopt a consultative selling approach, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, highlighting product features, benefits, and ROI.
  • Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals, negotiating pricing and contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ongoing support provider.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with success in selling programmatic and CTV advertising solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, DMPs, and programmatic buying platforms.
  • Experience selling to mid-market, tier 2, and independent advertising agencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
