About our Team

We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team and help us elevate our trade shows, including Vision Expo, JCK, National Hardware Show, PGA Show, Bar Convent Brooklyn, and more.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing creative solutions to meet client needs. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, customer success, and operations teams to support your initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to inbound leads.
  2. Utilize value-based selling techniques to align customer and business objectives.
  3. Identify customer needs and challenges, and recommend tailored solutions.
  4. Prospect new accounts via cold calling, email outreach, and social strategies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  5. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  6. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  7. Maintain pipeline and activity logs accurately in Salesforce.
