About the Role

With a focus on consultative selling, in this role you will drive sales growth for a defined alpha territory and develop new business. You will sell booth space, sponsorships, meeting rooms, and digital solutions to help customers showcase their brand at the show. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B salesperson. In addition to a consultative approach, the role requires a strong skillset for building and maintaining deep customer relationships and for prospecting for new business. Understanding value-based selling is also key to the role.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships. Through discovery conversations, understand customer business objectives and strategies to drive retention, increased show investment, and revenue growth.

Through value-based selling, and being the lead on internal RX engagement, provide customers with solutions that best address their needs.

Prospect for new business.

Monitor the latest industry trends, competitive environment, and sponsorship climate and make educated recommendations on customer retention, new business, and sponsorship strategies.

Utilize best practices and standards for sales progression; input accurate and complete data into Salesforce, manage territory engagement through pipeline and sales reports, achieve daily output goals, and achieve designated targets.

Preparing and presenting formal sales presentations to customers as required.
