Job Summary:
The International Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities
and driving sales growth in international markets. This role demands a proactive and results-
oriented professional with a background in sales, preferably within the BPO industry. The ideal
candidate will excel at identifying prospects, building client relationships, and achieving sales
targets.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and packages.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information regarding products and packages.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Achieve sales targets and quotas within established timelines.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales processes and compliance.
Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to improve sales
skills.
Track and report on sales pipeline metrics, including lead conversion rates and
revenue generated.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
