We are seeking an accomplished and ambitious business development executive (BDE) to join our team to help drive new client acquisition and our broader go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work closely across stakeholders to expand our client development and sales functions in Ohio and other US markets, focusing on lead generation, appointment setting, and presenting AtNetPlus solutions to meet client needs.
- Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate across the organization.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals with no commission cap.
- Develop a deep understanding of AtNetPlus’ offerings to create market opportunities.
- Build a partner network for referrals, including chambers, associations, and vendors.
Accountability & Performance Metrics
- Address client needs and set proper expectations.
- Ensure project scope accuracy and smooth onboarding.
- Maintain detailed contracts for accurate invoicing.
- Research prospects, build relationships, and develop a sales pipeline.
- Close deals through proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Create weekly sales forecasts and maintain a sales funnel.
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to enhance AtNetPlus’s reputation.
- Participate in ongoing training and industry events.
- Contribute to company growth in cybersecurity and managed IT services.
- Conduct prospect calls and meetings regularly.
- Maintain pipeline KPIs and aim for an average of $8K MRR in closed agreements.
Work Conditions & Requirements
- Remote work with some travel for onsite meetings and assessments.
- No specific certification requirements but technical background is encouraged.

Qualifications
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft/Office 365; knowledge of servers, networking, and cybersecurity preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Experience in MSP environment or industry sales advisory preferred.
