Job summary

Cygnus Technik India is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to visit manufacturing companies, OEMs and channel partners across the assigned territory. You will identify machining, workholding, fixturing and probing opportunities and build relationships with Production, Manufacturing, Process, and Purchase teams.

Collaborating with the internal Design & Application team, you will develop technical solutions, prepare proposals and follow up on quotations, trials and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, workholding, jig & fixture concepts, or cutting tools.
• Experience interacting with manufacturing, production, or process engineers.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand machining applications.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Experience in business development, technical support, or application engineering is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
