Job summary

LCS is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Des Moines to provide operational support to the national BD team. You will own the operating rhythm, coordinate deals, and build materials that help senior leaders close opportunities.

This role focuses on process, CRM hygiene, and reliable follow-through across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is CRM-fluent, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with experience supporting senior leaders and managing RFPs, events, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Operations, coordination, or project-management background.
• CRM fluency and ability to build reports and dashboards.
• Comfort coordinating multiple senior stakeholders and complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's operating rhythm and track deal activity.
• Support deal prep, research, briefing materials and pitch decks.
• Prepare RFPs and coordinate with internal stakeholders to move submissions.
• Stay ahead of senior living industry trends and prepare briefings.
• Keep CRM clean, enforce data hygiene, and log follow-ups.
• Manage NDA tracking with in-house counsel on contracts.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and logistics for team events.
• Organize conferences, networking events, and sponsorships.
• Report structured updates on activity and pipeline health.
