Job summary

LCS is hiring a Business Development Specialist to provide dedicated operational support to our national Business Development team. This role focuses on bringing order to a busy BD function, owning scheduling, CRM hygiene, documentation, and follow-through—supporting senior living communities nationwide.

The ideal candidate thrives on process, is CRM-fluent (Salesforce preferred), and can triage multiple priorities for VP-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Process-minded, detail-oriented, and tenacious about closing the loop on details.
• CRM-fluent and able to build reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Experience supporting senior leadership teams with deal prep, research, and materials.
• Ability to manage NDA tracking and coordinate with in-house counsel as needed.
• Comfortable organizing meetings, events, and conference sponsorships.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex info into essentials.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's operating rhythm, tracking activity across leaders and ensuring follow-through.
• Support deal prep and research, building briefing materials and pitch decks for leadership.
• Prepare RFPs and drive them through submission with cross-functional coordination.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and prepare briefings for leadership meetings and conferences.
• Keep CRM clean and useful, building reports and dashboards, enforcing data hygiene.
• Manage NDA tracking across active deals in collaboration with in-house counsel.
• Coordinate meetings and agendas, organize conferences and sponsorships.
• Report progress with structured updates on activity and pipeline health.
