Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP seeks a Business Development Director in Washington, DC to design and execute BD plans, client account programs, and marketing initiatives across government relations. You will lead pitch strategy, collaborate with policy teams, and develop strategic plans with department chairs.
You’ll coach senior staff on the sales cycle, identify cross-selling opportunities, and manage BD budgets while expanding the firm’s visibility through events and partnerships.

The Firm seeks a Business Development Director (BD Director) in Washington, DC. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development and work closely with the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer, the Government Relations Department Chairs, the Office Managing Partner for the Washington, DC office and other members of the Marketing/Business Development team and administrative departments in the firm to develop and execute individual business development plans, client account team programs, department strategic plans, marketing and visibility-raising initiatives and other marketing and business development efforts.
