Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior law firm, professional services, or corporate recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems (such as viRecruit) preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and posting to various job boards preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the interview process for professional staff candidates, including scheduling interviews, gathering availability, preparing interview materials, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process, maintaining consistent communication and delivering a professional, high-touch candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to collect, track, and synthesize interview feedback to facilitate timely hiring decisions.
  • Screen applications and assist in sourcing qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Post and maintain job advertisements on the Firm's website, applicant tracking system, and external job boards.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Firm's applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor recruiting-related correspondence and respond to candidate and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules and logistics for all professional staff hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance through first weeks orientation.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, check-in calls, and other engagement activities as needed.
  • Assist with recruiting projects, process improvements, reporting, and other strategic initiatives to support talent acquisition goals.
  • Support a high-volume recruiting environment while managing multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously.

We have an immediate opening for a Professional Staff Recruiting Specialist to join our Denver office. This position supports recruiting efforts for professional staff positions across all firm locations and reports directly to the Professional Staff Talent Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the interview process for professional staff candidates, including scheduling interviews, gathering availability, preparing interview materials, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Compensation and Benefits: Brownstein offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k + match, profit sharing, and vacation/sick/personal time off, in addition this role pays overtime for hours worked above 40 per week. We are offering salary for this role, ranging from $70,000-$80,000. Compensation is determined by geographic location and other applicable factors.
