My client is a global CDMO in regenerative medicine with a biomaterials platform spanning multiple tissue types and processing methods. They need a BD leader who can turn deep xenograft knowledge into signed development partnerships, from contract to cleared product.

What you'll be doing

• Translate xenograft processing capabilities into client-specific value propositions
• Run key account strategies for OEM partners in Spine, Orthopedics, Cardiac, and Reconstructive Surgery
• Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing to move projects from scoping to launch

About you

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Hands-on familiarity with xenograft biomaterials and their processing
• Experience selling development services in a CDMO setting, not just finished product
• Comfort navigating 510(k)/PMA development and the regulatory path
• Existing OEM relationships in regenerative medicine, spine, neuro, reconstructive plastics, cardiology, or wound care
