Business Management

Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers USA as Molecular Imaging (MI) Business Development Director reporting to the USA MI Sr. Director of Strategic Business Initiatives. This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an MI Business Development Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the strategic position of the Molecular Imaging Business Unit in the mobile PET CT and non-hospital accounts environment, including Oncology, Cardiology, Urology, Neurology, and Musculoskeletal care networks.
  • Assisting the MI Business Unit Vice President and Sr. Director of Strategic Business Initiatives in creating the Business Unit’s Strategic Plan.
  • Developing programs aligned with the Business Unit’s strategy and implementing them in collaboration with Sales (Regional Vice Presidents, Area Vice Presidents, and the Strategic Corporate Accounts team).
  • Ensuring that market share, volume, and profit goals are being met in the assigned areas.
  • Tracking and reporting national key business data.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Creating, adjusting, and driving standardized messaging for assigned Strategic Accounts, and influencing contract strategy through tailored offers and value-added solutions.
  • Ensuring continued success of MI accounts post-sale by involving both local and global Business Unit leadership where appropriate.
  • Identifying critical customer decisions, trends, and acquisitions, and assessing their business implications for the MI Business Unit.

Revenue Management Facilitation

  • Taking ownership and responsibility for fostering and maintaining high-level relationships in key accounts and driving revenue by working with customer stakeholders to develop project timelines and schedules, while coordinating with internal cross-functional teams across the country.
  • Serving as the point of contact for problem resolution throughout the duration of the project.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage up, down, and in all directions without expressed authority, building appropriate rapport with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • MI understanding with clinical and technical knowledge of Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, and related disciplines preferred
  • Demonstrate analytical skills for market intelligence management and execution of measures
  • Work effectively as a team, motivating colleagues and team members to produce desired results
  • Project management knowledge
  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of Fiscal Impact of offerings, margin analysis, and revenue values.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time

The Annual Base Pay For This Position Is

Min $184,500 - Max $276,700

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
