Job summary

1-Tom-Plumber NW Chicago is seeking a Business Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, opening doors, building relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and real estate professionals, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Youll earn a competitive base plus commission, plus paid holidays, education, a company vehicle, and a clear path to leadership as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Outside Sales or Business Development (B2B preferred).
• A clean driving record and access to a company vehicle.
• Ability to speak 'Professional' and 'Plumber' to represent the brand.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and real estate pros.
• Open doors, present services, and convert opportunities into partnerships.
• Navigate a CRM to track prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
• Represent the brand with urgency and genuine human connection.
