Job summary

Route 44 Hyundai is seeking a customer service oriented team member based in Raynham, MA. This role focuses on handling calls, emails, and live chats, generating sales appointments, and guiding customers through initial product and financing options.

You will work within a collaborative team, using a CRM system daily to track leads and follow-ups, with opportunities for ongoing training and advancement in a family-like culture.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Strong computer skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using emails and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book or no-show.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with staff.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
