- Excellent communication and coordination skills with merchants and cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused perspective, turning insights into practical operational actions.
- Experience in merchant operations or local marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor area performance focusing on merchant growth, user growth, and customer experience.
- Analyze local market conditions and customer needs to identify opportunities and plan practical operating steps.
- Collaborate with merchants to improve day-to-day operations and support sustainable growth.
- Identify customer needs across neighborhoods and product categories, proposing actionable improvements.
- Build trusted relationships with merchants and coordinate follow-up with internal teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Delivery, and other teams to coordinate local initiatives.
- Share market feedback and operational insights to inform improvements.

You will work closely with local merchants and internal teams to improve merchant performance, grow orders and users, and deliver a reliable customer experience.
