Business Development Consultant – BPO (South Florida)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new BPO business opportunities through market research, prospecting, cold outreach, and networking—especially within the South Florida region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Create and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Develop and execute U.S. sales strategies tailored to target industries and regional needs.
  • Maintain CRM records (Salesforce or equivalent) to track activity and progress.
  • Monitor market trends and define new opportunities in emerging or underserved markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years in BPO business development, preferably with a focus on contact centers or back-office services.
  • Proven experience closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in Collections or Financial Services (1st & 3rd party) is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy, especially in CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Based in South Florida or well-connected to the region's business community.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or Creole is a plus, given the local market).
