About Our Company: WhereiPark, a member of the Spacer Technologies Group, is a digital marketplace for monthly parking. Our platform connects individuals seeking parking with real estate partners who have excess parking capacity. We are expanding our construction team to make it easy for construction firms to reserve parking and shuttle options when there is no parking available on the job site.

This role aims to support the growth of WhereiPark's Construction business across the West Coast of the USA. The primary focus is on building new relationships with construction partners and helping them resolve parking and transportation challenges.

The position is remote and involves expanding our client base across the Western USA — including CA, NV, OR, WA, AZ, and more.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  1. Developing prospect lists and identifying potential clients using WhereiPark’s tools and conventional methods.
  2. Connecting with prospects via phone and email to introduce WhereiPark and outline available opportunities.
  3. Attending industry events locally and across North America to enhance brand awareness.
  4. Assisting clients with account setup and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  5. Representing WhereiPark professionally, with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Construction industry.
  2. Strong networking skills and ability to establish new business relationships.
  3. Experience in organizing and participating in industry-specific events.
  4. A good understanding of construction projects is preferred.
  5. Ability to work independently — self-starters wanted!
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  7. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary with performance and equity incentives, comprehensive benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment.

Contract: $55,000–$65,000 per year with no cap on commissions. Expected first-year total earnings: $75,000–$100,000.
