Jenkins Acura in Leesburg, FL seeks a dynamic Full Time Business Development Center Specialist to join the Service team. You will be the voice of the company, driving the Service pipeline through proactive call management, scheduling, and securing appointments for service teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming Service Appointment call using script.
• Follow up with all non-appointment incoming Service calls.
• Follow up with appointments and missed appointments.
• Confirm all pending Service appointments.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Efficiently schedule, coordinate daily appointments to ensure steady, high-volume flow of clients.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns while promptly and professionally answering inbound returned calls.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
