ITDATA is seeking a motivated associate to support marketing and business development efforts in Tampa. Under the CEO's direction, you will plan and coordinate activities, help expand our network of executive relationships, and promote ITDATA’s market position to achieve growth.

You will assist with sales and marketing tasks, manage proposals, and keep CRM up to date. Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong MS Office and CRM skills are required.

Formación

• Minimum of three years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM and marketing platforms.
• BA or BS degree; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow network of C-level, VP, and Director relationships.
• Assist with sales and marketing activities.
• Manage proposal process and CRM updates.
• Participate in presentations to executives and managers.
• Follow ITDATA’s selling process and document progress in CRM.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help to develop and grow our network of C-level, VP, and Director level business relationships to identify new business opportunities and conversations
• Assist with Sales and Marketing activities
• Manage proposal process and communicate with prospects
• Participate in presentations to executives and managers
• Follow the ITDATA selling process and document progress with each qualified opportunity in CRM
• Assist CEO with scheduling and various administrative activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of three years’ experience
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Solid experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience using CRM and marketing platforms
• BA or BS degree (preferably a technical degree); MBA a plus
