Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, entry-level Business Development Associate to help grow our client base. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone looking to break into sales and business development. You’ll be focused on cold calling, lead generation, and helping to schedule appointments with decision-makers at property management firms, real estate companies, and facility owners.

We offer hands-on training, a clear growth path, and the opportunity to earn commission on new business brought in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Introduce NH Facility Services’ capabilities and schedule introductory calls or site visits
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM software
• Collaborate with our marketing partners on outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and content direction
• Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
• Support the sales team with outreach campaigns, follow-up communications, and proposal preparation
• Track performance metrics and meet activity goals

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people and handling rejection professionally
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
• CRM experience is a plus, but not required
• Performance-based commission on new business closed
