Overview
Provide critical support to the Institutional Business Development team responsible for managing potential partnerships and driving outreach for Public Courses (PC). This role focuses on accelerating the performance of the business by enabling BD leaders responsible for institutional partnerships and Public Course initiatives to outperform their goals.
Key Responsibilities
1) Institutional BD Support
- Assist BD leaders in managing active partnerships: prepare briefs, maintain partner records, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Support proposal development and ensure timely delivery of materials for institutional clients.
- Track partnership activities and maintain accurate CRM data for visibility and reporting.
- With time, drive outreach to further TTS's commercial efforts.
- Respond to inbound leads.
- Coordinate outreach campaigns for open‑enrollment courses in collaboration with Marketing and the PC lead.
- Manage lists, update calendars, and ensure timely communication to prospective participants.
- Provide logistical support for PC initiatives, including scheduling and resource alignment.
3) Commercial Enablement
- Develop and maintain templates, case studies, and outreach playbooks to streamline BD and PC efforts.
- Assist in preparing presentations and collateral for client meetings and webinars.
- Support pricing and packaging consistency in proposals.
4) Operational Excellence
- Maintain CRM hygiene: update contacts, activities, and notes accurately.
- Monitor campaign progress and share insights with commercial leadership.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution of BD and PC initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in business development, sales support, or account coordination—preferably in professional training or B2B services.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
- Works effectively with BD leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Clear and professional in written and verbal interactions.
- Handles multiple tasks with precision and timeliness.
- Understands institutional partnerships and training offerings.
